I've looked everywhere...well almost...and I can't find out (or figure) out where to get or how to make my own, original layout.

A lot of those were made by professional web designers for a show or the person the myspace page belongs to.

Alot of those profiles were paid for, not free. The guys in the MySpace-Customizing forum (the regs) - alot of them have those types of profiles. One guy in there, Abraxus, is well qualified to help you do that type of customization. Or he can lead the way for you.
If you can join the HTML and CSS group (it's private), they for SURE can help you with it. Most of those layout types rely heavily on Flash, PhotoShop, and Dreamweaver. It's way more involved than inserting code.
Join relevant MySpace groups that post and teach users tutorials on customizing their myspace pages.
