The first is color. If there is an image listed the image will lay over the BG color.

The image has the URL for where the image is hosted.

The position locates the image top left.

It's a fixed BG, meaning when you scroll the page, the image stays still.

BG repeat is set to no, so the image only shows once, not tiled to cover the entire BG.

So there are 5 attributes for the background, 4 for the image.
