Do you know how to do this(html/animation)?

i went to this layout site on myspace:

(you might have to be their friend to see their page) but when i put my mouse over the words that say "love lyts" (on their page, not where there name is) the word everything appears and fades through colors on the graphic. do you know how to do this????? help please!!!!!
